How do I book you?
You first have to request a quote. Once the form is sent, I’ll respond asap to let you know my availability. If I am available for your event, I’ll send you an invoice and a performance contract.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. To secure the booking, I require a 50% down-payment and a signed performance contract.
How many people can you draw in an hour?
I can draw between 7-14 in B&W and 5-10 in Color. This figure is only accurate for orderly lines. If people are scattered, then drawing time is increased and head counts are decreased.
How much are backgrounds?
Because each background is unique to individual’s events, I do not have a standard price for background . In order to request a background , you should request a quote and write in the message your idea for the print. I’ll respond with an accurate quote.
How do I get my digital download?
After each digital event, I’ll create a blog post with the name and date of the event and upload all drawings made at the event. For higher quality files, I’ll also send a link to a folder on Google drive with the events images.
Can I hire you for more than one service at the same event?
Yes, however, digital caricatures are not available for combining with other services.
What do I need to provide for you at my event?
I require a table, 2-3 chairs, a well lit space and access to electricity.
Do you require breaks?
For events that are 4 hrs or more, I require a 15-20 min break.
Can you stay longer than the contracted time?
If I do not have another event or plans after your event, then yes. For digital caricature, I charge overtime in increments of $125/30 min. Please keep in mind that overtime availability is not guaranteed.
What are your mileage rates?
Gas and tolls are included in the mileage price and distance is calculated from Rogers Park. Posted below are my mileage rates.
1-30 miles: free
31-40 miles: $14
41-50 miles: $20
51-60 miles: $28
61-70 miles: $36
71-80 miles: $44
81-90 miles: $52
91-100 miles: $60
101+ miles: TBD
