How do I book you?
You first have to request a quote. Once the form is sent, I’ll respond asap to let you know my availability. If I am available for your event, I’ll send you an invoice and a performance contract.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. To secure the booking, I require a 50% down-payment and a signed performance contract.
How many Silhouettes can you make in an hour?
I can make between 10-12 silhouettes in an hour. This includes time to cut the silhouette and adhere it to paper/board. This figure is only accurate for orderly lines. If people are scattered, then creating time is increased and head counts are decreased.
How are the silhouettes packaged?
After cutting out the silhouette, I mount it on paper and place it in a plastic sleeve with a board backing.
How much are preprints/borders?
Because each preprint is unique to individual’s events, I do not have a standard price for preprints. In order to request a preprint, you should request a quote and write in the message your idea for the print. I’ll respond with an accurate quote.
How much are mats?
Due to inflation and rising prices, I cannot give a set price for mats anymore. Please request a quote for mat prices.
Can I hire you for more than one service at the same event?
Yes, you can. This is a great option for small parties. You can hire me to perform an hour each of two or more services. Prices are an additional $25 per service.
What do I need to provide for you at my event?
I require a table, 2-3 chairs, and a well lit space. If a well lit space is not possible, then I’ll need access to electricity.
Do you require breaks?
For events that are 4 hrs or more, I require a 15-20 min break.
Can you stay longer than the contracted time?
If I do not have another event or plans after your event, then yes. I charge overtime in increments of $70/30 min. Please keep in mind that overtime availability is not guaranteed.
What are your mileage rates?
Gas and tolls are included in the mileage price and distance is calculated from Zip Code 60618. Posted below are my mileage rates.
